By using the Company login website site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Amendments to our Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the Site. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Site. If you continue to use the Site after the change comes into effect, your use of the Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
Registration
To register with Andrew Louis Block Management you must be the legal owner of a leasehold property under our management. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when registering by contacting us on
bm@andrewlouis.co.uk. When you register to use the Site we will provide you with a password to enable you to access the mini website on your block and you must ensure that the password is kept confidential. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your password. We may disable your password at our sole discretion, if you breach any of the policies or terms governing your use of the Site or any other contractual obligation you owe to us.
Service Charge and Ground Rent Demands
Under Section 153 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 it is required that any demand for the payment of a service charge and/or an administration charge must be accompanied by a summary of the rights and obligations, which must be legible in a typewritten form of at least 10 point.
Therefore, by registering online you are agreeing for us to email your Service Charge and all other correspondence in a PDF format. If you request your demands to be sent out by post then please email us at bm@andrewlouis.co.uk.
Intellectual Property
The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights unless expressly stated to the contrary. You may retrieve, display and print out individual sections of these web pages only if explicitly used for your own personal information and not to be publicly reproduced.
